What are your reservation terms?
Rates are based on double occupancy.
A two-night minimum stay is required.

What are your deposit requirements?
A two night advance deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation. Advance deposits are refundable, minus a transaction fee of $150.00 per room, if canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. Your full deposit amount is non-refundable for cancellations or changes made within 30 days prior to your arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your deposit is refundable, minus a transaction fee of $150.00 per room, if canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. Your full deposit amount is non-refundable for cancellations or changes made within 30 days prior to your arrival. Non-arrivals and/or early departures will be charged the nightly rate. Because of our small size, cancellations or rescheduling of dates affects us significantly. A last-minute cancellation or date change, gives us little chance of filling the space due to our unique location. For these reasons we uphold a strict cancellation policy. We would highly recommend purchasing trip insurance from your local travel agent or your insurance provider.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 p.m. (noon).
Can we get into our room early?
You may be able to check in to your room prior to 4:00 p.m. if the room is ready for occupancy.
Can I request to have my room cleaned at a specific time?
If you prefer to have your room cleaned at a specific time, we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
What size cribs do you have?
We have full-sized and small cribs. “Pack-n-Plays” are also available upon request.
Can I bring my pet?
We are sorry, but the Alisal does not allow any pets.
