The Alisal Hosts an Exclusive Weekend Highlighting Fine Wines and a Great Cause
If your passion is discovering exceptional, small-batch California wines, then The Alisal is the place to be from March 29-31, 2019 for the Santa Barbara Vintners Wine Futures Weekend. For three days, and two glorious nights, some of the world’s greatest winemakers, along with acclaimed local chefs and a few lucky wine lovers, will come together to enjoy a very unique experience. Best of all, the festive event goes to support the unsung heroes of the wine industry, the Central Coast’s field workers and winery support teams. With a portion of the proceeds going to People Helping People’s “Vino de Sueños” program, you know your great time, will also be doing good for the people of the community.
From the moment you arrive, you will be welcomed with a lavish winemakers gift basket, followed by a sumptuous dinner, and later a chance to do some evening wine tastings at the Ranch’s Oak Room Lounge. The next day you can attend a morning symposium from the area’s most renowned winemakers, work-up a thirst enjoying many of the Ranch’s activities, then experience the Grand Futures Tasting. The Tasting will feature 37 wineries, 75 different wines, as well as charcuterie and cheese stations from a local creamery. This is your opportunity to try unreleased wines, or extremely limited release wines, and perhaps even secure a few bottles of these rare treasures.
Following the tasting, the Ring of Fire Dinner will highlight the region’s best chefs serving mouthwatering barbecue and other specialties. After dinner there will be live music and dancing under the stars. The next day, before leaving, enjoy a private breakfast ride to The Alisal’s historic Adobe.
This is an event you will be talking about for years to come.
