Our fitness center is available to guests & members Monday – Sunday from 9am – 5pm. It features, treadmills, ellipticals, cycles, resistance machines, and a selection of free weights and a variety of classes to help you stay fit and healthy.
Group fitness classes include Yoga, meditation, and Strength/HIIT. Sign up in advance to ensure your place, or drop in and see if there is an opening. Group classes are $20 per person and include all equipment.
* For private Yoga or Pilates instruction, please make reservations at least 48 hours in advance by contacting Guest Services.
For weight training we offer:
- 5 lbs. to 50 lbs. free weights
- Seven-piece machine circuit
- Additional resistance training equipment
- Plus a full complement of the latest cardio exercise equipment
