Group fitness classes include Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, and Cardio Core. Check with Guest Services for the latest schedule of classes. Sign up in advance to ensure your place or just drop in to see if there is an opening.
Group classes are $15 per person and include all equipment. Please note there are maximum numbers allowed per class.

For weight training we offer:
- 5 lbs. to 50 lbs. free weights
- Seven-piece machine circuit
- Additional resistance training equipment
- Plus a full complement of the latest cardio exercise equipment
