We have a culinary update from The Alisal’s Executive Chef Anthony Endy. Chef Endy is happy to discuss the ranch’s seasonal menu themes (think fresh and flavorful) and give us his recipe for smoked beef ribs.
We have recently lassoed Kyle Erickson as our Food and Beverage Director and we are excited to have a Santa Barbara local join our team! Not only does Kyle have experience in high-end food and wine business, he has also previously worked alongside our Executive Chef, Anthony Endy. Join us in offering a warm welcome to Kyle!
